Care

Remove all jewelry prior to swimming, gardening, cleaning, heavy lifting and applying cosmetics. Chemicals in cosmetics, swimming pools and cleaning agents may damage metals, beading materials, and patinas.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Exposure to air, excessive humidity, moisture, light and pollutants will cause your jewelry to tarnish. Store pieces individually. Precious metals such as Sterling Silver, 14K Gold and 18K Gold can scratch easily.
Polish both Sterling and Bronze/Brass jewelry regularly with a polishing cloth (we recommend Sunshine Cloths) to restore the finish to its original shine.
Our jewelry listed as bronze is composed of fine grain jeweler's brass. We try our best to avoid gold plating to avoid the use of allergenic materials and keep our collection hypoallergenic and nickel free (nickel is used as a bonding agent in the plating process). Brass is a wonderful alternative to gold and has been used for centuries to create beautiful jewelry. Some like their brass pieces to naturally patina, others prefer a shiny new, gold look. If you prefer to keep your brass shiny and new, we recommend keeping it free from exposure to moisture and cosmetics and regularly cleaning with a brass cleaner or a polishing cloth.
- Brass is a metal alloy which has a small copper content. As a result, some lotions, soaps, and creams will have a chemical reaction with the metal and natural and harmless oxidation will occur. Additionally, some people's PH is acidic and their sweat will cause a similar oxidation. This is normal and harmless. We recommend that brass and bronze jewelry be kept clean and free from exposure to make up, lotions, and soaps. If this does not help, and you find that it is actually your PH levels and a chemical reaction with your sweat, a clear coating or lacquer on the inside of the piece will prevent this.

Shipping

Due to the handmade nature of our products, in some circumstances, please allow for 2-4 business weeks for delivery. Most items, if in stock, ship same week. If you need your order rushed, or for a specific date, please email info@reagancharleston.com and we will accommodate your schedule.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled after 48 hours of an order being placed given the handmade nature of the jewelry.
Orders over $1,000 require a signature, please make sure you, or someone you designate, is available to sign for delivery as you are solely responsible for the acceptance.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order ships. If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you are responsible to pay for re-shipping. We do not accept customer shipping accounts.
We are not responsible for items that are lost after shipment.
International orders may require 4-6 week delivery time.

Chain is complimentary and the styles pictured are subject to availability. Length will be fixed or an adjustable chain at requested length. If there is something specific you like, please reach out when your order is placed so we can make sure we can find what you are looking for!

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

All sales are final. Due to sanitary standards maintained by Reagan Charleston Jewelry, chain is not exchangeable. Solid gold chains are final sale and are not subject to return or exchange.

BRASS JEWELRY:

Full price brass collection jewelry may be exchanged for a store credit or for an alternate size within 7 days of receipt, subject to Reagan Charleston's sole assessment as to whether the jewelry is in the same condition that it was purchased. Due to sanitary standards maintained by Reagan Charleston Jewelry, chain is not exchangeable. If you purchased a Reagan Charleston piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would like to exchange it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from Reagan Charleston. Return and exchange shipping is to be paid by the customer. Exchanges only.

Our products contain very small pieces, which could pose a choking hazard. This includes but is not limited to beads, clasps, tassels, etc. While our jewelry is created with safety and longevity in mind, no jewelry is unbreakable and these small components are considered a choking hazard. Please never leave your child unattended while wearing jewelry.
